Our annual Independence Day celebration, featuring a reading of the Declaration of Independence and tolling, 13 times, of the historic St. Paul’s church bell. There will also be refreshments and music. Keynote speaker is scheduled to be Dr. Larry Spruill, longtime City Historian of Mt. Vernon (NY) and a Professor (Emerita) of History at Morehouse College.
