Join Mickey Maxwell Cohen, American Littoral Society naturalist, for a hike to the little known and now-deserted western tip of the Rockaway Peninsula during low tide. Highlights will include seashells and other stranded critters, winter shore birds and a surprising variety of rocks and minerals used in the construction of the Breezy Point Jetty. This is an American Littoral Society and Gateway NRA partnership program.
